From her birth town in the Eastern Cape, Zola Nombona went to Vitoria Girls High and later graduated for University of the Witwatersrand where she majored in Dramatic Arts Honours Degree.

It is through her educational competence and skills that Zola landed her first majorly acting job as and actress for the dram series Intersexions.

Zola is a phenomenal woman who has broken records and has had multiple award nominations fro her brilliant delivery of her arts. Her rise industry is truly an inspiring tale, since her debut on intersections she has continues to soar and leads several award winning productions such as: Lockdown, iNumber Number, eHostela and is currently gracing our screens on Isono.

Zola is multitalented in her and has also taken on the lead female role in a theatre production “The Suite” that was directed by James Ngcobo.

Zola is a new mom to her son Cebelihle and is the brand ambassador for Avory Shlain. Her hard work and drive has made her an influential female within the entertainment industry and she is on a daily journey to build an empire for her son and family.
