As a Principal Solutions Strategist at The Delta, I help entrepreneurs and innovators build and scale impactful ventures across Africa. I leverage my product and tech expertise, as well as my network, to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and access to resources and opportunities. I have a Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

I am a lifelong learner and a curious individual, always looking for new ways to solve complex problems using design, technology, and strategic thinking. I have over seven years of experience as a product manager and a founder, leading and growing digital products and teams in various domains, such as fintech, social tech, and IoT. I reduced the cost to serve and increased the customer satisfaction at Yoco, a leading payment platform in South Africa, by empowering the customer support consultants to perform routine troubleshooting on the Device management system.

I also co-founded and led Jonga, a low-cost community-based alarm system that connects neighbours and improves safety in low-income areas, winning multiple awards and recognition, such as the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans and the Mandela Rhodes Scholarship. I am passionate about leadership and developing other leaders, as well as making an impact on the African continent using the power of human connections and technology. I enjoy reading, creating content for my YouTube channel, and upskilling myself on various online learning platforms. I am always open to new challenges and opportunities to collaborate and learn from others.
