AI Ethics has been a personal and professional focus of research and development over the last 5 years. The mandate as the AI Ethics Lead at Socially Acceptable is to build a responsible digital citizenry. Nazareen has done extensive public education work through radio, television, and online and digital platforms on AI Ethics and digital democracy.

Nazareen is an experienced and proficient moderator, keynote speaker, and panel participant at technology, business and communications conferences and events, having participated/hosted at the African Union Media Fellowship Programme in partnership with Gordon Institute of Business Science’s Media Leadership Think Tank 2024, AI Expo Africa 2023, Digitize Africa 2023, Global AI Summit 2022, AI Expo Africa 2022/2021, World Cybersecurity Summit 2021, Oracle South Africa Cloud Data Centre launches, and many others.
