Phakamile’s passion for life and the art of servant leadership began with the questioning of his own life and journey.
The question of “what now”? “Is this it”? These are some of the most common themes of all lifestruggle. Phakamile moulded his life in the attempt to have the ability to answer these questions. As a results he is involved in over 200 schools around Gauteng teaching and learning life from a different perspective. From schools that have designated Drug dealing areas. To teens in classrooms with loaded guns, he has seen it all. These are the experiences that allow for Phakamile to have a different view of leadership and Business at large. The Rare knowledge gained in the harsh streets of the townships is revised and tweaked for theconsumption of board and staff members at large. This stance stands tested in shaking off poor performance and low moral in organizations. It doesn’t end there, Phakamile also uses his persona and public appeal to share lessons learnt religiously on public platforms such as Metro fm, SABC 1 and Radio 2000.
In a nut shell Phakamile has designated his life towards more than just money. He has given his life not just to be blessed but to be a blessing to others.
