Mizz is an African DJ & Producer. He hails from Eastern Cape in Centane but currently he is living in Cape Town. Having a broad background in Afro; Tribal; Funk & House music, Mizz communicates through his sets and original productions.

His dj sets are deep and afro with a strong soulful vocal feel. He had worked on serius music projects and had the chance to collaborate with artists like DJ Merlon; mondli Ngcobo; Black Coffee; Black Motion; Nikos Diamantopoulos; Blanka Mazimela (Soul Candi); Paso Doble; Deepconsoul; DJ Mel; Em Ex to name a few. His earliest success is the track “Counting Your Blessings” that was Number #1 on OSKIDO’s radio show (Who wears the crown on Metro Fm) and currently Number #1 on hot 99 (YFM).

His tracks have been supported by many radio stations worldwide as well. (Greece, Italy, Canada, Spain, France). Also, he has been featured on few compilations : Dj Terance Music Box Vol 7; Redbull Music Studios Vol 5 Mixed by Thibo Tazz; Redbull Base Camp 2014 EP. A highlight of his DJ – career was the participation on Red Bull Base Camp 2013 (JHB), where had the chance to show his abilities. He played in the same stage with : Heavy K; Kid Fonque; Dj Tira; Problem Child; Thibo Tazz & more.

His tracks & remixes were released on Melomania Records & A.R Records. Mizz is at the studio preparing a new EP on D.M recordings, that will be released in few months.
