Miss Pru born Prudence Sebalo was born and bred in the Vaal. Her love for performing arts was the biggest driving force in realizing that DJying is a unique form of performing arts. Having experienced other forms of performing arts such as drama and Dancing, Miss Pru understands the passion and dedication that is required to shine as a performer and now she applies all that knowledge and passion toward her career of being a DJ.

She learnt how to DJ in 2009 through Fuse Academy, a DJ school that is owned by DJ Zinhle and Nomndeni, she now plays alongside top DJs locally and internationally, in well-known Clubs where she showcases her neat DJing skills. She has traveled outside of the country, recently attended the WMC, which took place in Miami she got an opportunity to perform with world class DJs. Other countries she was also invited to perform in were Lesotho, Botswana as well as Swaziland. She has also made appearances on music & lifestyle shows such as Live, Jika Majika, Vuzu, Channel O, Ses’khona and Fanbase on SABC 1 and done mixes for leading radio stations such as YFM, 5Fm and Metro FM.

Miss Pru is currently an ambassador for Brutal Fruit. She is one of three ambassadors for the brand. The other two Ambassadors are Bonang Matheba and Gert Johan Cotze. This is a big achievement for Miss Pru.
