Abantakwethu Brothers is a South African a cappella group. The group focuses on afro-pop, gospel, and Isicathamiya; and hails from Cape Town, South Africa. Formed in 2017 from a collection of ambitious and dedicated young musicians who met on the streets of Khayelitsha. Their music and entertainment fuses musicality, dynamics, and choreography with a unique sound and youthful enthusiasm.

Abantakwethu Brothers were selected to record and perform with Ladysmith Black Mambazo as part of their South African A Legacy Tour in Cape Town and Pretoria 2022. Abantakwethu have also worked and performed at different festivals across the Western Cape and the group believes in making a positive impact on young singers from all across the country. Most recently they have worked with producers in Cape Town, Canada and the United Kingdom as part of several new recording projects. This group exemplifies a unique aspect of SA singing culture for local and international audiences.
