As a young boy, he was deeply inspired by Elvis Presley, whose captivating melodies and electrifying stage presence left an indelible mark on Gordon’s musical style.
At the age of 12, Gordon’s songwriting prowess blossomed, and he began crafting original tunes, pouring his heart and soul into each note. Blessed with a deep, rich bass-baritone voice, his musical influences span a wide spectrum of genres, from rock ‘n roll and country to ballads and pop. A true testament to his artistry, Gordon was the main entertainer at the red carpet premiere for the 2022 Elvis Presley movie at the V&A Waterfront’s Ster-Kinekor in Cape Town. His star continued to rise as he graced the national stage with a live performance on SABC3’s Expresso Morning Show, one of South Africa’s most popular television programs.
