Robin Pieters a professional musician who recently starred in David Kramer’s production of Orpheus in Africa at the Fugard Theatre, studied music at the Cape Music Institute and has done backup vocals for many famous South Africans. He even opened for international acts like Tevin Campbell and Tamia. But now it’s his turn, he says. “I’ve been backing for a lot of artists, and I want it to be me now,” he says.
