Our passion for Jazz made us realize that there is a need to clarify the misconceptions concerning this diverse genre. The Rad Jazz Band initiative was founded to create an awareness to satisfy and educate a broader audience that has not necessarily been exposed to a wide variety of jazz.
Furthermore our hearts desire is to give tribute to the great jazz artists who have fueled this passion from early childhood.
This vision was created by Jaco de Wet while studying music at UFS.
We use a network of qualified musicians to create a fresh creative environment for each performance. Knowing the music industry and its difficulties, we pride ourselves in creating a platform of performance opportunities for talented musicians.
