Manila’s achievements vary from Pageantry where she has won the following titles – Miss Black Pride; Miss Cape Town Pride; Miss Cape Peninsula and Miss Loerie, to that as a performer, where she opened for Miss Gay Western Cape for five years, opened for MCQP and for Derek Barry (Britney Spears impersonator), The Daily Voice Pageant to name just a few. She has been named the EVH award winner for best Cabaret Performer and Drag Queen Extraordinaire on two occasions. Manila recently did a make-up Tutorial for Fashionista’s at the Launch of the #Foschiniforbeauty event, which is Foschini’s new online store. Another highlight thus far has been performing at the launch of the new #MACartofthelip Store in Braamfontein, where she shared the bill with the likes of AKA; DJ Zinhle and Fifi Cooper.In 2016 Manila entered SA’s Got Talent and was very fortunate to be award the position of Runner Up. This was a major achievement as there were over 200 000 entries. Manila has been lauded as the first Drag Act to make it this far and knows it is through the love and support of the community, who recognize the Art Form as being a formidable one. Following her successes of 2016 she was Voted 7th in the World of the most influential LGBT Black person2017 started off really well being featured on the cover of the OUT Magazine SA

HAUS OF VJORN
She designs all her own clothing and her clothing label, Haus of Vjorn, is well sort after. Having created garments for many of Cape Towns Artists – Salome, Lana Crowster and Tia Black to name a few.
