Lea is a performing and recording artist, singer and songwriter well known for her incredible, sultry, deep, jazzy, very versitle vocals that fits any mood. Her influences range from Jazz to Deep House. Lea regularly performs on the music scene incorporating various genres for many venues, residency being at Grand Africa, Lea plays at various Life and Brand venues, recently at the Rugby 7s World Cup Fan Village also performing at street festivals and private events/ corporates/ weddings.

Her recordings and songwriting follow suit with a wide variety of musical styles and stories. Lea was the singer and songwriter for the band Under The Influence which had commercial radio success back in 2012 signed to an international label, and In 2020

 ‘Lea Venga’ went solo, while still recording vocals for many South African and International artists.

Lea has been performing in Cape Town since 2010, released her first single as a solo artist in May 2020 during lockdown and her latest release ‘Make me Feel’ which is on the SA top charts at the moment, entered at number 29 and climbed up to 9 in one week. 

Latest release is ‘Too late’ which also made the top 10 on local radio stations as well as featured on air on Women’s day.

Lea is currently preparing her next few releases and collaborations with well known Dj’s in the country as well as internationally.

Lea’s range of musical styles is relevant and entertaining for indoor and outdoor experiences, formal and informal functions, public or private functions, including product launches, Live Concerts, Corporates, Fashion Shows, School Functions Weddings, Outdoor festivals, Clubs, Charity Events, Church events and many more.
