With their unique modern acoustic sound, Jen & Phil take contemporary as well as older songs, and make them their own with a touch of blues and jazz.  This creative duo performs covers from artists such as Norah Jones, KT Tunstell, Maroon 5, Tracy Chapman, Katie Melua, Bryan Adams, Amy Winehouse, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and many more, and they also do requests and go through the set list with you to make sure we have all the songs loved by the client and their guests!

Jennifer Nel started singing at the age of 5, had her first formal singing lesson in grade 1, and never looked back.  She sang throughout her schooling and always knew that she would follow her singing passion for the rest of her life as it was always singing that added fuel to her fire.  Jennifer, who also studied Investment Management at Stellenbosch University, as a unique singing style is infused by a slight blues/jazz feel, which adds a special touch to classic and contemporary songs.

Guitarist Philip Muller has been playing the guitar for 13 years and his style ranges from classical to blues and jazz. His passion for guitar has been evident since a young age. He is not just a brilliant guitar player but also an amazing songwriter and a great harmonizer.

Jen and Phil met early in 2017 and hit it off. They say good friends make amazing music partners and this is certainly the case with Jen & Phil, and it translates in their  unforgettable performance!
