Jamie Jupiter spins magic with his thought provoking original lyrics, His raunchy harmonica playing is offset by rhythmic acoustic guitar styling’s from blues to nu-folk and afro-pop. Jamie operates as a one-man-band in the traditional sense with guitar and harmonica, but also uses live recorded loops of sounds created from an assortment of instruments and his loop pedal, which allows him to record sounds on stage and play it back to a live audience.Jamie has been around the block and earned his place of respect among a very wide range of musicians and musical shows. From touring the UK, USA and Canada, Reunion island and Germany with “The African Music Workshop Ensemble”, to being a member of glam-rock sensation “The Honeymoon Suites” in the 90’s.  He also enjoyed award winning success as a member of the mock country show “Angels on Horseback, who won a  Fleur du Cap for best cabaret 2009.Jamie is an avid songwriter but is not afraid to pepper his sets with a few cover versions, his Johnny Cash impersonations have become legendary.Jamie’s songs “Mama Yea!”, “Give It Up” and ”Jellifish”  still enjoy radio-play across the nation.
