He is also known for Hosting Y.O.D.A Mix tape. DJ Tunes is awarded as the best African deejay in Manchester England & Best Club Dj In Malawi. He has also performed at Lake of stars and Sun festival with his co artist Tay Grin Sonye and Roberto Zambian artist.
DJ Nathan Tunes & partner DJ Kenoree formed Innovators in 2009, after being best friends and dj competitors in the same city. DJ Nathan Tunes having moved back to Malawi where he’s managing one of the best urban group The Classmates and officially deejaying for Malawian Hip Hop sensation Tay Grin. In February 2016 The Dj released music, which featured artists such as Sticky Stacks, South African Aemo E face, Classmates Music, up, and coming sensational Vocalist Elle Mak including the Liyaya Queen Malawis most celebrated female singer/actress girlfriend Hazel Mak. The couple has been featured on National TV as guest judge and guest DJ On the national dance show The Kajive. Show. The proclaimed celebrity couple has become the best & hottest celebrity sweethearts of Malawi. The pair has been in studio working on some big projects that will be out in 2017. The dj has worked alongside Nigerian, south African & Ghana artists such as Naeto c, Wande Coal, Dr Sid, Ice Prince, 2face, heavy k, black coffee, Lax, Dj Cyndo, and Dj Edu BBC 1Xtra UK, DJ Waxxy & Atlanta’s finest Dj Fully Focus.
Tunes released his first single Kiss Milomo with the leading Malawian R n B singer Bucci who happens to be his young brother, under Ndefeyo music label. The remix to the single features veteran rapper Nigerian UK based Dola Billz. His second single was with Street fame rapper Toast & Brother producer/rapper Keim who is also a member of Classmate’s music & Labrats very own.
