I am the “Queen of the Skies”; the “Diva of the Aisles”; the “Princess of the PA” and the “Hostess with the Mostess”.
As far as I’m concerned, when the galley curtain opens – it’s “Showtime!” To me, mincing through the aisles is just like being on stage, except here the overhead lighting isn’t as flattering and the audience doesn’t clap. I’m in my element, knowing that all those eyes are fixed on my every move and with legs like mine, you wouldn’t want to be looking anywhere else. Men want me and women want to be me, especially in those 6-inch heels.
Welcome to my world where nothing is ever too much trouble. “If there is anything I can do to make your flight more comfortable, please do not hesitate to ask – but not more than once.” Where ‘chicken or beef’ seems to be the only question and where an upgrade from cattle class to first class is out of the question. It’s a world where the good ones are slipped a telephone number and the naughty ones are shown the exit.
