Brad Shorkend is a behavioural specialist, executive coach, entrepreneur, author and internationally recognised keynote speaker who specialises in helping organisations build more human-centred, innovative and high-performing workplaces. As CEO and co-founder of Still Human, he has spent more than two decades working with business leaders, executive teams and organisations across five continents to improve leadership effectiveness, organisational culture, employee experience and innovation.

A serial entrepreneur, Brad has founded and led more than 20 businesses across industries including architecture, technology, telecommunications, retail, fashion, beauty, consulting and FMCG. This diverse business background enables him to combine practical commercial experience with behavioural science, making his presentations highly relevant, actionable and grounded in real-world leadership challenges. He also serves as adjunct faculty at GIBS Business School and Duke Corporate Education, coaching senior executives and facilitating leadership programmes globally.

Brad is the co-author of We Are Still Human (and Work Shouldn’t Suck!), which explores how organisations can create exceptional employee experiences while remaining commercially successful in an increasingly digital world.
