Her signature Futures Alchemist methodology uses a practical Map, Compass and Guide framework to help individuals and organisations navigate complex and uncertain futures.
Charlotte is also actively involved in developing Africa’s professional speaking industry through Voices Into Africa, the Pan African Speaker Summit and the Red Jacket Speaker Bureau. She is a Senior Associate at the Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation in Scotland and has contributed to international conversations on leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and Africa’s role in shaping the global future.
