Aphrodite Belly Dance Studio empowers women to love themselves through dancing and getting in contact with their inner self.
Stephanie Singh, co-founder and choreographer of the funky belly dance studio, started belly dancing 12 years ago. She has travelled to Turkey, London and Italy to learn the art of belly dance and using this experience she would like to promote belly dancing in South Africa.
Aphrodite belly dance students often participate in various events such as international belly dance festivals with students from all around the world, for example Argentina, Germany, the United Kingdom and Egypt. They also performed at the FIFA World Cup in 2010.
