Mr. Vinny Lingham is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Civic Technologies, Inc. Mr. Lingham founded the Newtown Partners (Pty) Ltd. and serves as its serves as a General Partner. He serves as an Advisor of Skyrove (Pty) Ltd. He is a Co-Founder of Gyft Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Yola, Inc. (Alternate Name : Synthasite (Pty) Ltd.) in 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He cofounded TrafficSynergy. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of incuBeta Holdings – Group of Companies (Alternative Name: incuBeta Intelligent Marketing). He is the Founder and driving force of incuBeta and Clicks2Customers. He serves as the principal point of contact for incuBeta’s various online partners and associates. He is a Co-Founder of Silicon Cape Initiative. He founded Autofinance, in 1999. He served as a Consultant at Johnnic e-Ventures. He joined Miraculum, where he worked as a Business Analyst. He then joined Slickstreet Marketing, where he focused on the Gaming Sector. He was in charge of entire online search engine marketing budget, which at that stage, represented single digit % points in the global search industry. In 2003, he launched Google Adwords. He built the Clicks2Customers business from scratch to a company generating revenues and has overall responsibility for group strategy. He served as an Executive Vice Chairman and Director of Yola, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Blockchain Capital. He serves on numerous international Advisory Boards for search engine and affiliate marketing, including Commission Junction and Yahoo!. He was chosen as a Young Global Leader Honoree 2009 by the World Economic Forum. He has been recognized as a high-impact entrepreneur by Endeavor Global and awarded the 2006 Top Young IT Entrepreneur. He was in internet marketing for 10 years. He is a seasoned, globally acclaimed entrepreneur, who has founded a number of businesses. He raised over R500 million in venture funding in South Africa and United States. He serves as a Director of Bitcoin Foundation. Mr. Lingham studied Information Systems at University of Cape Town and continued his studies with an Honors Degree in Electronic Commerce from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
