T.W.O – Two White Okes is the dynamic South African DJ and production duo comprising DJ Questo and The Josh. Since joining forces in 2019, the pair have built a reputation for high-energy performances, genre-fluid productions and an instinctive ability to connect with diverse audiences across South Africa’s rapidly evolving dance music landscape.
Drawing from Lekompo/Makompo, Amapiano, Kwaito, Hip Hop and contemporary dance music, T.W.O bring together distinctly South African rhythms with a fresh electronic edge. Their sets are energetic, unpredictable and designed for the dance floor – moving effortlessly between established hits, underground sounds and their own productions.
Their growing association with the Lekompo sound has further strengthened their position within one of South Africa’s most exciting emerging musical movements. The duo were featured as the main DJs for Lekompo Balcony Mix 6, showcasing their ability to navigate and champion the distinctive sound emerging from Limpopo while introducing it to broader audiences.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
T.W.O have appeared across a number of prominent South African music and broadcast platforms, including Channel O’s Lockdown House Party, Moja AUX Sessions and TRACE Urban’s All Black Sessions.
They delivered a high-energy set for the Homecoming Events Lockdown House Party in 2021 and have produced commissioned mixes for Metro FM’s Mo Flava Breakfast Show, extending their reach to a national radio audience.
Their live career has seen them perform at festivals, clubs, lifestyle events and entertainment venues throughout South Africa, while their reach has increasingly extended into the wider SADC region.
Alongside their live performances, DJ Questo and The Josh continue to develop T.W.O as a production project, releasing original singles, EPs, collaborations and remixes across major digital platforms.
