Reabetswe Molapo is a dynamic South African keynote speaker, entrepreneur, business strategist and facilitator whose work focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, human development and the future of Africa’s workforce.
She is the Founding Director of Yung Heirz, a business support and advisory organisation working with SME start-ups and scale-ups to build sustainable businesses, stimulate economic growth and contribute to job creation within the African context.
Reabetswe is passionate about the intersection between people, technology and economic development. Her work explores how innovation and emerging technologies can create new opportunities for entrepreneurs, businesses and young Africans — and how organisations can better prepare for a workforce increasingly shaped by Millennials and Gen Z.
She has a particular interest in the future of work and Africa’s digital economy, including the opportunities being created through FinTech, EdTech, digital platforms, e-commerce and technology-driven entrepreneurship.
A natural communicator with an energetic and engaging stage presence, Reabetswe connects equally well with young professionals, entrepreneurs and senior corporate audiences. Her approach combines business insight with humour, storytelling and practical perspectives on leadership and personal responsibility.
Reabetswe is an alumna of GIBS – Gordon Institute of Business Science and Henley Business School, where her MBA research explored Millennial leadership. She has also served on the SEP Board of the African Leadership Academy and as a committee member focused on inclusive diversity within the Directors Association.
