Neil was born in England, schooled in Cape Town, and has a BA and HDE from UCT.
He started his public career with M-Net in 1991, as ION’s programme manager – he researched, developed and launched Sport’s Betting in South Africa. He was the Executive Producer and host for Superliet AM, and the Ruling Price.
