Motsidisi Mohono is a young Lady who grew up in a Katlehong in the East Rand. Motsidisi grew up in a house with my two younger siblings, and we were raised by my mom and my dad. Motshidisi had a very fun childhood and as a very smart child who always obtained very good grades at school.

Motshidisi was a waitress at Mike’s Kitchen in Alberton in my matric year. Before that, she used to help out at a shop in her area.

Motsidisi was so honoured to host her first Springbok test match in 2016 – we unfortunately lost to Italy. she also had the pleasure of covering the red carpet at the Laureus World Sports Awards in 2015 and 2016. Anchoring Super Rugby has been a dream come true and she is learning so much with every single production (including covering the finals in 2017 and 2018). Winning the 2016 GSport4Girls Awards for Women in Media: TV also ranks high on my highlights reel. Her favourite will always be being part of the production team in June 2018 – as the Boks took on England – and watching Siyamthanda Kolisi run out at Emirates Airline Pak as the first Black African Springbok Captain. A moment she will never forget
