Kyle Deutschmann started his music career by learning guitar at the end of junior school and singing casually. After school he began to take it more seriously and starting to perform at cafe evenings and restaurants. In 2012 he entered idols SA and finished in the top 20 and that has propelled his passion for music and his career to no end. He is currently putting together a demo e.p that is sounding amazing. His unique tone of voice and his acoustic set is comparable to no other.

Kyle has performed around South Africa at the most prestigious venues such as the Cape Town waterfront, the Radison Hotel, Quay 4, The Dubliner, Live the venue, Vaca Mata, Suncoast casino, Chris Saunders park and Sun City. Sharing studio time and producers with HHP’s label and dj’s such as Euphonic’s own G-Funk, and SAMA nominated Sketchy bongo. Kyle’s first single with dj’s G-Funk and Tista is currently getting airplay on 5fm, and was selected for the famous “BUMP” and “ultimix at 6” compilations for 2013, and has been released to all radio stations by label Soul Candi. Kyle is featured on the Cassper Nyovest album with his track called Alive.

Kyle’s talents aren’t only limited to the music industry, at the age of 27, he is a Doctor of Chiropractics, a key player for the national beach soccer team and a model at models international. Being influential, highly fashionable and popular guy with his finger on the pulse as to what is “hip and happening” in the Durban city, fashion and trends at large.

TV and interview experience: Idols show 2012 and 2014 (current)- ALOT of interviews and gives one first hand in depth experience on reality tv. Being an ex professional footballer, got asked for a lot of pre and post-match interviews. Modelling work and shooting tv commercials for mr price, the hub, wolf and York, Philadelphia cheese to name some of the recent stuff.
