DocComedy is a Stand-Up Comedian and MC based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Starting in Acting in the Local Cult Comedy Classic, The Attack of the Indian Werewolf, Doc soon followed his real passion for Stand-Up Comedy.
Having recently returned to the Stand-Up Stage at various Comedy Clubs and events across South Africa, Doc was one of the finalist in The Parkers Comedy and Jive – ComiKazi Comedy Contest 2019,and followed with a successful run of shows at Parkers in March 2020, alongside such renowned Comedians as Trevor Gumbi and Martin Davis.
During the lockdown, Doc has been the feature on several podcasts and interviews as well as performing in several online live comedy shows such as The Lockdown Show and LaughteronLockdownSa.
Doc is now the Host of the Popular, “The Late Show with DocComedy” , and brings his unique style to Online with hilarious and riveting Interviews with Artists, Comedians, Musicians and personality across several platforms such as Facebook and Youtube.
Doc is passionate about entertaining and making his audience laugh in these difficult circumstances – and to Inspire and Motivate people.
