Loyiso Mdebuka is a South African born DJ, presenter, voice over artist and MCee who bares host to a kaleidoscope of skills: entertaining you both off and on screen.
The journey began at the age of 19, evolving into a series of successes…
• He represented Smirnoff at a campus level as a Smirnoff Spin agent and achieved top honours at the end of that year.
• Represented Smirnoff as a Smirnoff Turntablist DJ and was voted Smirnoff Turntablist of the Year. He then travelled the United States to the Winter Music Conference in Miami
• Released his first compilation album with South Africa’s biggest DJs: Euphonik and G-Funk, titled, ‘Euphonik Presents Phuture DJs Volume 1’ in July 2010.>
As a result, Loyiso became a regular Mixshow DJ on 5fm’s ‘MyHouse with DJ Euphonik’.
He has since spread his radio prowess and has become the co-host of GoodHope FM’s “The Freakin’ Weekend” on Saturdays and Sundays between 3 and 6pm.
Loyiso has also embarked on a career in television booking work as talent for presenting, TV commercials and print media.

Loyiso presented SABC 2’s Interactive Youth Magazine Show “Hectic Nine 9” which airs daily at 1600-1700 and is now the brains behind a social initiative called Ikasi Experience. He currently hosts two shows on Cape Town’s leading radio station Goodhope FM
The Freakin Weekend live on Weekends between 3-6pm
The Mix Revolution on Monday Nights between 11pm and 1am
He also has a mix residency on Euphonik’s MY HOUSE on 5fm every Sunday at 7pm
