The Journey Of Malibu Started in 2003 When he Heard Dj Fresh House Flavas 3 Album and the Compiling of music began as he wanted to understand all elements of House Music and had no intentions of becoming a Disk Jockey, Came 2005 MAlibu saw a Loop hole and Seized it with both hands,And somewhere out there was someone who actually
understood what the attempt was all about and the Grooming begun from that day and Malibu has never looked back and will forever be grateful to Dj NASTY NEv for all the support.

2006 the Hustle became stronger and the Grooming went to another level Fellow Dj’s Clive bean,Sello nyana,Eugen P

2007 -Malibu Started Learning the production Strings FRom Dj Terror and a few other guys out there and the journey became even harder but it was all worth it as the final outcome was there.

2008-Malibu Fell off the track and a few things started going wrong here and there and Some incidents occurred and some were very fatal,A few had Attempted to reach out but weren’t taken note of,A few didn’t give up on him and fought hard and stood with him and put him back on the right path and Malibu will always be thankful to them till today

2009-Malibu Entered a new league and production started Progressing very well Malibu Released His First Debut Album Titled ”ALONG CAME MALIBU” with Hit Track ”Make it’ which was Released under Soulcandi Records It had everybody Moving Very Gently In pretoria and Was Chosen to be in Sabc1’s Sghubu Album Compilation.

2010 was a very powerful year as 96,2 Had Malibu as a guest dj and has the Tut Campus jumping every friday nights with Dj Terror,The Excitement grew bigger when Malibu Got a Booking in Pe As that was his First province,Not sure what was going on there he Grabbed the bull by the Horns and went for it and played his Heart out for everybody in Summerstrand the Buzz went Louder When the Soulcandi invasion Began in Cape Town For the J & B After party in Camps bay @ CLub karma with Dj’s CLock,Whiskey,Lulo cAfe and more..
Malibu also Met a Dj in Cape Town By the Name of Dj Xola who Gave Malibu a piece of his cake and MAlibu Took a Good bite out of the Cape Town Funk and Gqudu’s Lounge was the first Destination,Shocked he Was @ How the Deep House of Jhb Had such a powerful effect on Everybody And how much appreciation was shown to him, A Simple Thank you was all he could say to Xola.

2011-Malibu Started Producing Singles for Vintage Records and Was Appointed as the new Soul Rocker Director and the fun Began. a single was Released under Vintage Records By Carl COx (international) And Malibu was chosen as one of Africa’s Boat Cruise For Dj Carl Cox Malibu Also did Production For Dj Duda,Kg,Clive and list goes on

2012- Malibu Met a Fellow Dj by the name of Diloxclusiv Cape Towns Most Controversial djs,Not only Friends But Dilo has taught Malibu more of the Cape Town Scene and Maliu will Forever be Greatful to have Met such a Great Humble and down to earth Friend & Business Partner Like him
