Dr Catherine van Heerden is an experienced psychologist, transformational coach, business strategist and international speaker specialising in leadership, human behaviour, organisational performance and personal transformation. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology focused on the science of human transformation processes and developed her own therapeutic model, “Getting Unstuck.”
Catherine founded Thinking Dynamics in 1996, through which she has spent decades working with leaders, teams and organisations to improve strategic thinking, leadership effectiveness, collaboration and performance. She is also an internationally accredited Master Trainer for Dr Edward de Bono, applying renowned lateral and creative-thinking methodologies within the corporate environment.
