One of her standout success stories was her work with Henley Business School Africa during the pandemic. Through sophisticated social listening, search listening, and digital ethnography (netnography), Carmen helped the institution remain deeply connected to shifting market needs. The result was one of the most significant growth periods in Henley’s history, with six consecutive MBA intakes and market-leading performance achieved during one of the most challenging periods for higher education.
