Roxy Burger

Roxy Burger is a South African actress and television presenter best known as a presenter for KTV on M-Net.

She was a celebrity contestant on the M-Net reality competition Survivor South Africa: Maldives, in 2011.

She began her career at the tender age of 10 years old, starting with the odd TV commercial. This early period in her career also made space for a leading role in an international Disney made-for-TV movie as well as a Discovery Kid’s television series, Scout’s Safari, which went on to win an Emmy Award for Best Children’s Television Series.

Her kids presenting career culminated in her being chosen to represent KTV at the 2007 Kid’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles, California.

After finishing matric, Roxy enrolled in a three-year Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Johannesburg, in Audiovisual Production Management.

She presented and produced Teen Gospel Live which broadcast live four days a week on the DStv religious channel ONE Gospel, beginning on 4 November 2007.
