Mauritian born Francois Hardy toured South Africa as the Drummer with 7 Piece International Irish Rock Band “The Molloy’s” in the 1980‘s The Band EQUINOX was one of the most successful South African Bands, having recorded an album with David Gresham Records entitled “UNDER COVER LOVER”. François Hardy toured and performed in South Africa as a founding member. Their Song “Kiss, Kiss Goodbye” reached No.2 on S.A. charts,Francois has worked and performed as Resident Band / Artiste at several top South African and Swaziland Hotel Resorts. Royal Hotel, Riviera International, Umhlanga Sands, Beacon Island Resort, uShaka Marine World, Royal Swazi Sun,Elangeni Hotel. Francois has performed in Three Theatre productions with Pierre De Charmoy “Reaching Out”, “The Balladeer” and recently “Diamonds and Charms “ Francois has recently performed in six Theatre productions with the “Pumpkin Theatre Show band” at La Montagne Resort in Ballito. In November 2012 and January 2013 Francois performed with the “Gee Jays” at the Heritage Theatre in Hillcrest Francois also performs solo as well as with Professional Musicians
